Poruch Privacy Policy

Poruch is a mobile app for discovering places in Ukrainian cities through a swipe mechanic. This document briefly explains how we handle your data.
1. What We Collect
To make the app work, we store:
- Account data — your name, email and photo from the Google or Apple account you sign in with.
- In-app activity — selected region, swipe and tournament history, saved and visited places, ratings and notes you add.
- Content you create — photos and descriptions of places you suggest or add to your visits.
- Subscription status — whether you have an active subscription, which plan, and its expiration date. We do not receive your payment card details — all payments are processed by Apple or Google.
- Technical data — device model, OS version, IP address, analytics events (which screens you opened) and crash logs.
Location. We request GPS access only when you tap “Find nearby” and use the coordinates once to query the server. We do not store your location and do not track you in the background.
Photos from the gallery. We request gallery access only when you tap “Add photo.” No photo is read without your explicit action.
2. Content You Add
When you suggest a place, upload a photo, or add a description, you confirm that this is your own content and that you have the right to share it — in particular, the photo contains no third-party copyrighted material and no images of people who have not consented to publication.
You remain the owner of your content. By adding it, you grant Poruch a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license — with the right to sublicense and assign to third parties — to use, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute this content in the Poruch app, on our website, and in our marketing materials. This license is needed so we can show your photos to other users and promote the app.
The license remains in effect after you delete your account — with respect to content we have, by that time, already used publicly or integrated into the service. We may refuse to publish or remove content that violates the law, the rights of others, or our rules.
By signing in to Poruch, you accept these terms.
3. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your data. We share it only with services that help the app work:
- Google / Apple — sign-in.
- Apple App Store / Google Play + RevenueCat — payment processing and subscription management.
- Mixpanel — in-app analytics.
- Sentry — crash and error reporting.
- Cloudinary — storage of photos you upload.
- Backend hosting — Neon.
Some of these services are located outside Ukraine (mainly in the USA and EU). Data transfers are made under standard data processing agreements with these providers.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We only see the fact of payment and the parameters of your plan — never your card details.
If you delete your account, your subscription is not cancelled automatically. You must cancel it separately in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. We have no technical ability to cancel it on your behalf.
5. Account Deletion and Your Rights
You can delete your account in “Profile → Delete account” or by emailing sweyve.mobile@gmail.com. Your data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Subscription records are retained longer to meet bookkeeping requirements.
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” you have the right to: receive a copy of your data, correct it, request its deletion, withdraw consent for GPS or analytics, and lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua).

6. Security and Children
We use HTTPS / TLS for traffic, database-level encryption, and least-privilege admin access. No system is 100% secure — we will notify you in a timely manner about any serious incident.
The app is intended for users aged 16 and over.
7. Contact and Changes

If we update this Policy, you will see a notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
